What are the clinical check-ins?
Short questionnaires designed by clinicians and specific to your condition and medication. They're typically 3–5 minutes and check in on how you're feeling, any side effects you're experiencing, and how your therapy is going. Your answers are shared with your pharmacy care team to inform your ongoing support - nothing is shared outside your care team without your consent.
Is Pulse free for me to use?
Yes, completely. Pulse is provided to you at no cost - your pharmacy covers it as part of your care. You'll never be asked for a credit card or charged for anything inside the app.
What is a passkey?
A passkey is a modern, secure way to log in without a password. Instead of creating a username and password, Pulse uses your phone's built-in authentication - Face ID, fingerprint, or your device PIN - to verify it's you. It's faster and more secure than a traditional password, and you can't forget it. You'll set it up the first time you open Pulse, and it takes about 30 seconds.
Can I still call my pharmacy?
Yes - Pulse doesn't replace your ability to call. Your pharmacy's phone number hasn't changed and you're always welcome to use it. Pulse just gives you a faster, more convenient option: message your care team directly, get updates in real time, and skip the hold music. Many patients find they prefer it, but the choice is always yours.
